Redmi, a branch of Xiaomi, a leading Chinese technology company, is going to introduce its first smartwatch.

Xiaomi has introduced Redmi’s first smartwatch in China. The company has claimed that the battery life of the rectangular dial smart watch will provide 12 days backup.

The smartwatch features a 1.4-inch square display with a 323 ppi pixel density and a 2.5D tempered glass screen.

The smartwatch weighs 35 grams, while the watch supports NFC for payment and other purposes.

Introduced by Redmi, the smartwatch is capable of monitoring the heartbeat 24 hours a day and working up to 50 meters in water. The SmartWatch also has 7 sports modes including Outdoor Running, Indoor Running, Outdoor Cycling, Indoor Cycling, Walking.

According to the company, the smartwatch will go on sale on the company’s web store MI.com on the first of next month.

The smartwatch dial is available in Black, Ink Blue and Ivory White, while the watch strip will be available in Black, Ink Blue, Ivory White, Cherry Blossom Powder and Pine Needle Green.
