Lisa Montgomery, a 52-year-old woman sentenced to death for killing a pregnant woman. Her baby was injected with poison in a prison in Indiana.
It was the first death sentence since 1953. However, a stay order has issued by the court to execute the sentence.
Lisa Montgomery,
52, stabbed a pregnant woman to death in Missouri in 2004 after she stabbed her in the abdomen with a knife, according to her lawyer as a child, she was sexually harassed and gang-raped, which left her mentally unwell but she was not given justice and shame on all those responsible for
her death.
It should be noted that since the death penalty was lifted by US President Donald Trump
in July, 11 people, including Lisa, have been executed by poisoned injections since then. Joe Biden
is likely to ban the death penalty. Bonnie Brown was the last lady that was sentenced by the US
government in December 1953 for kidnapping and then killing a 6-year-old child.
