In Islamabad, permission has been given to construct a wall around the cremation ground, the place where the bodies of the deceased of the Hindu community are cremated.

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued NOCs for the construction of temples and crematoriums for Hindus.

The CDA, in a letter to the President of the Hindu Panchayat in Islamabad, Prem Das, has informed that the temple, community center, and cremation ground for the Hindu community in Sector H-9-2 of the federal capital is to be made.
